WHO IS AMP?

AMP is NOT for everyone! The sessions are tough, and many times the mental part of being able to work through discomfort and fatigue is harder than the physical training. AMP stresses the importance of serious athletes to be completely prepared for their specific sport/competition. For this to happen; AMP will help build the foundation of strength from inside out. When developing the core, flexibility and overall conditioning the athlete will gain more confidence in their sport since these three things apply specifically to all sports. Training with AMP means a serious commitment, dedication, and most importantly a great attitude. Below is a list of what might be implemented in an everyday workout.

Training

AMP offers weekly group training ranging from ages 7-18 years of age and also private adult
training. Group sessions can be split up by age, skill level, sport, gender, etc. Below are
the group sessions available. Private sessions are available for all ages. Contact us for our current class schedules.
